Top 4....
As the start of the season is not too far away I personally think its safe to say that both Manchester Utd and chelsea will be amongst the top 4. But with the city big spenders on the rise, and liverpool being busy in the market, who would be your top four? Will arsenal even get there? Or will Spurs finally over take them in the end....
